This scooter comes fully built to order, inspected and tested by a qualified UK mechanic. You'll receive a build certificate from the mechanic. Beware of some scooter sellers advertising 90% built scooters who claim that the build is easy when in fact it will arrive in a metal crate, be difficult to build and of course unless a scooter is built it can't be tested.
