Great product, small amount of assembly required but nothing worse than ikea flatpacks, if your missing any bolts have a look where the battery sits i had two loose bolts jammed in behind there, overall a great starter bike for learning bought for my six year old nephew and he loves it. The 500w is just the right power for him at this moment but if your buying for a slightly older child or even yourself i would recomend going for a size bigger maybey the 1000w, saying that im 5,8 about 70kg and it went without any issues untill you hit a hill at a reduced speed

Really good product I had a few missing parts & bolts due to the carrier service ripped the box but scooter city sorted it as soon as I message them sent new parts out ASAP can't fault their service thanks scooter city going to have one happy little boy at Christmas I'm also thinking of getting one for myself & my little girl
